1. What is it?

The 30 days return guarantee is our way of ensuring your complete satisfaction with our jewelry products & services. You are guaranteed to offer a risk-free promise for your customers to increase visitor conversions and boost jewelry sales performance.

Within 30 calendar days starting from jewelry order package received,  if you are not satisfied with the jewelry product quality, then call us or email us, and you will have the choice to return products to us.

2. Which products are subject to 30 days return guarantee?

All our jewelry products and orders covered under the 30 days return guarantee policy.

3. By what quality issues Sobling accept your return within 30 days?

— The size, color and material of the jewelry products are different from the order requirements, which is unacceptable to the customers.

— The quality of jewelry plating is lower than the order requirements, which is unacceptable to the customer.

— The quality of the jewelry product has problems such as missing stones, discoloration, breakage, deformation, etc., which cannot reach the quality standard required by the order.

— The jewelry products are damaged during transportation due to the packing material and the wrong way of packing.

— Other defective points cannot satisfy the customer due to Sobling’s responsibility.

4. By what quality issues Sobling won’t accept your return within 30 days?

—  Jewelry product size, color, and material have been fully completed to meet the order requirements.

—  Jewelry plating quality has been completed to a standard fully equal to or exceeding the order requirements.

— The jewelry product quality is in good condition, there is no problem of quality defects such as missing gems, discoloration, breakage, deformation, etc. that cannot meet the order requirements.

— The jewelry product packaging is the same as the order requirements, there is no problem of poor quality of packaging materials and the correct packaging method is used.
— The jewelry products are in good condition and not damaged during transportation.

— Other aspects that are not the responsibility of Sobling.
